Documation is honored to have received a number of prestigious awards recently. Such recognition clearly demonstrates our ability to combine superb craftsmanship and technology in the design, production, and distribution of top quality printed materials. These awards also reflect our commitment to providing premier service and value to our customers.
Printing Industries of Wisconsin (PIW) Awards
The Printing Industries of Wisconsin, a Wisconsin trade association for printing and the graphic arts, hosts a statewide printing competition each year.
This year, Documation received several awards including a coveted Badger Award which is the top award given in each category. The winning piece was in the Diaries and Desk Calendars category for a book titled The Infertility Assistant that Documation printed for Dr. Chantal Caviness and Ann Montalvo-Guillerman. Considering there were nearly 900 entries submitted overall, we are very proud to have been recognized as the best of the best in this category.
Several other projects created, managed, printed and distributed by Documation also received the Award of Excellence in a variety of categories ranging from Programs (with 4 or more colors) to Directories and Source Books to Print/Graphic Arts Self-Promotion.
2010 PEAK Award
Print Solutions Magazine hosts their nationwide Print Excellence and Knowledge (PEAK) Awards Competition annually.
In 2010, Documation was proud to receive a PEAK Grand Award for a second consecutive year. The Grand Award is the top prize given in each category and Documation was honored to win in the Commercial Printing, Magazines category for our own magazine, America's Associaion Printer.
This is an outstanding compliment to our staff considering there were 235 entries competing in over 38 categories. It takes a tremendous amount of design and print talent to win this award and we've got it!
